Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy shows weight meds

A press release issued today by Dr. Joshua Perper says that before Anna Nicole Smith flew to the United States from the Bahamas, she had taken medications that included "Growth hormone, an alleged 'longevity'/weight reducing medication."
